If you need to return your order, send us an email with your order number and reason. We will get back to you with instructions for return to Canada or the US.
Product is damaged
Include a picture of the product and the packaging. If possible note the damage with the courier. We will figure out how to make it right!
Changed my mind
If you simply changed your mind, we ask that you pack up well, and if possible use the original packaging. If not, pack well and send us an
email with your order #. We will forward instructions with a return-to address in the USA or Canada
Custom work
Note: Custom work cannot be returned if you change your mind. We will make it right if we have made an error, but approval of final artwork acknowledges you have checked the work as presented and agree to go ahead.
As a kid, I've always wanted a storage book, but lets face it, cutting into a book for hours on end and not getting the results you wanted was a bit disappointing and discouraging to say the least. The quality and cut storage area of these books is very well done and adult me is impressed. The storage area is glued which gives you smooth non-tattered edges and provides the rigidity needed to keep the book from falling apart when picking it up or opening it to reveal the contents. I like the nice touch in leaving the first 10-20 pages uncut and unglued which adds to the feel of it still being a book. I very happy with what I've received and wouldn't hesitate to order another book or get one as a gift.
