Include a picture of the product and the packaging. If possible note the damage with the courier. We will figure out how to make it right!
Changed my mind
If you simply changed your mind, we ask that you pack up well, and if possible use the original packaging. If not, pack well and send us an
email with your order #. We will forward instructions with a return-to address in the USA or Canada

Note: Custom work cannot be returned if you change your mind. We will make it right if we have made an error, but approval of final artwork acknowledges you have checked the work as presented and agree to go ahead.

The book was of the highest quality. When Diane saw that the book had a delivery date after Christmas, she immediately phoned me to make sure that I still wanted to keep the order. I have several titles of my own and find them very useful. I have found that people of all ages love having their own “secret storage” books and I try to match titles to their interests. The books have always been a hit! Well made and hard to detect.
